The device can produce up to 999 copies of the image/document and can be enlarged/reduced as per the requirements. Aficio 3035 has a copy resolution of 600 x 600 dots per inch and 256 levels of grayscale.

Ricoh Aficio 3035 has a memory capacity of 128 MB RAM that can be further expanded to 384MB; along with 40GB hard disk space. The copier features two input trays - one automatic reserving document feeder, and the other one is the bypass tray. Each of these input trays has a capacity of 500 sheets, whereas the bypass tray can manage 50 sheets. The automatic duplex unit provides dual copying, holding about 80 sheets.
