Ricoh MP C3504 Overview

The Ricoh MP C3504 is a color laser multifunctional printer designed to serve as an all-in-one device, combining copying, printing, scanning, and optional faxing capabilities. The device streamlines routine processes and reduces the need for multiple gadgets – enhancing productivity and personalization in color collaborations. The Ricoh MP C3504 grabs files from the cloud, server, or your devices and sends them anywhere instantly with a wide range of Scan-to options. Users can scan both sides of the documents at up to 180 images a minute using the Single Pass Document Feeder. For printing with minimum reloads, users can conveniently store up to 3000 files on the server and add optional paper trays to extend the capacity up to 4700 sheets.

The 1200 dpi resolution is sound enough to impress the audience and offers precise reproduction on presentations, brochures, and other documents up to 12" x 18" and thicker stocks. The unit also creates larger poster-size banners without capitalizing on a wide-format printing unit. Ricoh MP C3504 allows for mobile printing for working on the move. Users can send print jobs to the unit directly from their smartphones/tablets without investing in additional drivers, utilities, and software. The Ricoh Smart Device Connector App grabs digital copies from the server/cloud and sends them from the printer to any destination at any time.
