The Ricoh MP C401SR is a high-end and versatile multifunctional printing unit designed to meet the demanding requirements of small to medium-sized businesses. It incorporates advanced scanning options, robust printing, inbuilt finishing, and optional faxing capabilities that help businesses streamline workflows efficiently.

Ricoh MP C401SR prints and delivers at an incredible speed of up to 42 pages a minute in both black-and-white and color. It yields high-quality output at 1200x1200 dpi, ensuring clear graphics with sharp text. Ricoh MP C401SR has a standard paper handling capacity of 650 sheets, which can be further expanded up to 2300 sheets. It supports various media types and sizes up to 8.5" x 14" and manages weights up to 140 lbs.

The automatic duplexing feature enables dual-sided printing, conserving paper and enhancing efficiency. The 50-sheet Automatic Reversing Document Feeder (ARDF) is beneficial for efficient copying and scanning. In terms of finishing capabilities, this printer features a 250-sheet internal finisher with multifunctional stapling, which is exclusive to the Ricoh MP C401SR model.

Ricoh MP C401SR delivers its first black-and-white copy in as fast as 6.7 seconds and takes about 8.3 seconds for color documents. The color scanning feature is also available in the MP C401SR model with the option to scan the documents to multiple destinations, including Email, USB, and network folders. The optional OCR feature allows for the creation of searchable PDFs. The optional faxing option includes the Super G3 fax module, which allows for high-speed fax transmission.

Ricoh MP C401SR features a 9-inch tilting touch panel with customized shortcuts and personalized workflows. The optional embedded web browser enables users to access Ricoh’s Integrated Cloud Environment for printing and scanning to cloud services. Users can print directly from and scan to USB drives or SD cards.
