The unit delivers prints at a robust printing speed of up to 20 pages a minute to produce premium quality output at up to 2400x600 dpi max resolution.

The Automatic Duplex printing option allows users to cut down on paper consumption and be more environmentally friendly. With added control, the unit can limit color printing functionality to save more on the toner supplies and add pass-code restrictions for authorized access only. Ricoh SP C261 has been designed to maximize efficiency, the Single Pass Document Feeder accelerates scanning operations for multi-page and duplex original documents, saving time to complete jobs efficiently.

The 4.3-inch Smart Operational Panel helps navigate jobs and manage crucial settings conveniently. Additionally, the panel shows task and supply status monitoring. The customization option allows users to register up to 12 frequently used jobs for quick recall to perform jobs on the unit even faster.
